Alternative to the resistor: The voltage can be
adjusted to the desired value in Local control.
Then the voltage setting source can be changed to
host using the procedure in section 6.3.3. Finally
when the unit is changed to Remote control with
the RMT switch, the voltage setting will be retained
as long as there is not a host to change it.
