Notes:

1. The serial number is a seven digit number like 0123456 – 01 is 2 digit year, 234 is day of year

(ordinal date), 56 is day unit (next consecutive number of unit serialized that day).

2. The channel ID ‘a’ should always be zero.

3. In systems where there is no graphic display used (standard pots and meters operator interface is

used) the reported graphic display software version will be set to all zeros.
