SECTION 4: First aid measures
4.1 Description of first aid measures
In case of inhalation:
Provide fresh air. Seek medical treatment in case of troubles.
Following skin contact:
Remove mechanically with cloth or paper.
Thoroughly wash skin with soap and water. In case of skin irritation, consult a physician.
After eye contact:
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of flowing water for 10 to 15 minutes holding eyelids
apart. In case of eye irritation consult an ophthalmologist.
After swallowing:
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Rinse mouth with water. Consult
physician immediately.

5.1 Extinguishing media
Suitable extinguishing media:
Special extinguishing powder for metals. Cover spilled material with dry sand or cement.
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons:
Water, carbon dioxide, foam, extinguishing powder.
5.2 Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
Emits toxic fumes under fire conditions.
In case of fire may be liberated: Metal oxide smoke, silicon dioxide, traces of
incompletely burned carbon compounds, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide and carbon
dioxide.
