To comply with Industry Canada regulations, it is required that product containing the N5 module series display a
label referring to the enclosed module. This exterior label can use wording similar to the following: “Contains IC:
3797A-2398”
This information shall be affixed in such a manner as not to be removable except by destruction or defacement.
The size of the lettering shall be legible without the aid of magnification but is not required to be larger than 8-
point font size. If the device is too small to meet this condition, the information can be included in the user manual
upon agreement with Industry Canada.
3.3 CE Declaration of Conformity
The N5 system module series is declared to be in conformance with the essential requirements and
other relevant provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC and 2011/65/EU, as a low-powered unlicensed transmitter:
