 Min Jitter Buffer (msec): The minimum delay time of Jitter buffer.
 Max Jitter Buffer (msec): The Maximum delay time of Jitter buffer.

Without configuring Ring Cadence to FXO gateway properly according to PABX
or PSTN Ring Cadence, FXO may detect Ring signal in a strange behavior and
cause abnormal operation.
