LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty Period - Exclusive Warranty - Horizon
Hobby, Inc., (“Horizon”) warrants that the included Dy-
namite rechargeable batteries (“Product”) will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a pe-
riod of one (1) year after purchase (“Warranty Period”).
Limited Warranty - HORIZON RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO CHANGE OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY WITHOUT
NOTICE AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
(a) This warranty is limited to the original Purchaser
(“Purchaser”) and is not transferable. REPLACEMENT
AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EX-
CLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. This warranty
covers only those Products purchased from an autho-
rized Horizon dealer or from Horizon directly. Third party
transactions are not covered by this warranty. Proof of
purchase is required for warranty claims.
(b) Limitations- HORIZON MAKES NO WARRANTY OR
REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
TITLE AND NONIFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE
PRODUCT. HORIZON EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWL-
EDGES THAT THEY ALONE HAVE DETERMINED THAT
THE PRODUCT WILL SUITABLY MEET THE REQUIRE-
MENTS OF THE PURCHASER’S INTENDED USE.
(c) Purchaser Remedy- Horizon’s sole obligation here-
under shall be that Horizon will, at its option, replace
any Product determined by Horizon to be defective
and within its Warranty Period. Replacement of de-
fective Products is the Purchaser’s exclusive remedy.
Replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of
Horizon. This warranty does not cover cosmetic dam-
age or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse,
abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of
or to any part of the Product. Modifications to Prod-
ucts not covered under the warranty, include but are
not limited to, removal of factory connector(s), use of
improper charging procedures and reversal of battery
wire polarity. Additionally, this warranty does not cover
damage due to improper installation, operation, main-
tenance or attempted repair by anyone.
(d) Replacement batteries are covered under this war-
ranty for thirty (30) days after receipt or for the remain-
der of the Warranty Period of the Product which they
have replaced, whichever is longer.
YOU MUST CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE HORI-
ZON SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR ANY BATTERY
WARRANTY CLAIM. NEVER SHIP LITHIUM BAT-
TERIES TO HORIZON.
Damage Limits - HORIZON SHALL NOT BE LI-
ABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION OR
COMMERCIAL LOSS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH
THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN
CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LI-
ABILITY. Further, in no event shall the liability of Horizon
exceed the individual price of the Product on which
liability is asserted. As Horizon has no control over
use, setup, final assembly, modification or misuse, no
liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any result-
ing damage or injury. By the act of use, setup or as-
sembly the user accepts all resulting liability. If you as
the Purchaser or user are not prepared to accept the
liability associated with the use of this Product, you are
advised to return this Product immediately in new and
unused condition to the place of purchase.
Law: These Terms are governed by Illinois law (without
regard to conflict of law principals).
Questions and Assistance - Horizon will replace the
Product, free of charge, if it is determined by Horizon
to be defective and within its Warranty Period. Please
contact a Horizon Hobby Product Support representa-
tive for details on how to receive a replacement for a
Product with a defect in materials or workmanship.

Garantie Periode

Eingeschränkte Garantie
Horizon behält sich das Recht vor, diese Garantiebe-
stimmung zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne vorherige Ankün-
digung zu ändern, wodurch alle vorherigen Bestim-
mungen ihre Gültigkeit verlieren.
(a) Die Garantie beschränkt sich auf den Erstkäufer und
ist nicht übertragbar. Ersatzlieferungen unter dieser
Garantiebestimmung ist alleiniger Anspruch des Erst-
käufers. Die Garantie umfasst nur die Produkte, die bei
einem autorisierten Horizon Händler gekauft wurden.
Drittverkäufe sind von jeglichem Garantieanspruch
ausgenommen. Ein Kaufnachweis ist erforderlich.
(b) Einschränkungen - Horizon gibt keine Garantie,
ausgesprochen oder angenommen, auf Nichtverlet-
zung der Nutzung, Verkaufsfähigkeit oder den Zustand
für eine bestimmte Anwendung des Produktes. Der
Käufer stimmt zu, dass er allein über die erforderliche
Verträglichkeit des Produktes mit seiner Anwendung
bestimmt.
(c) Ansprüche des Käufers - Es ist Horizons einzige
Verpflichtung nach eigenem Ermessen und ei-
gener Prüfung das Produkt zu ersetzen. Dies ist im
Schadensfall der einzige Anspruch des Käufers. Die
Entscheidung, Ersatz zu liefern, liegt ausschließlich im
Ermessen von Horizon. Die Garantie schließt kosme-
tische Schäden aus, oder Schäden durch höhere Ge-
walt, Unfälle, Missbrauch, Zerstörung, Nicht-beachten,
kommerziellen Einsatz oder Modifikationen zu irgend
einem Teil des Produktes.
HORIZON INSPIZIERT ODER REPARIERT AKKUS
NICHT. Schicken Sie niemals Akkus zurück.
Schadenseinschränkung
Horizon ist nicht haftbar für spezielle, indirekte oder
Folgeschäden, Ausfall von Gewinnen oder Produktion
oder kommerzieller Verluste, die im Zusammenhang
mit dem Produkt stehen, selbst wenn der Schaden-
sanspruch auf einen Vertrag, Garantie oder schlicht
Gewährleistung beruht. Weiterhin beschränkt sich
der Anspruch auf maximal den individuellen Preis
des Produktes. Horizon hat keinen Einfluss auf die
Anwendung, den Einbau oder die Endmontage, die
falsche Anwendung oder Modifikationen. In diesen
Fällen entfällt jeder Garantieanspruch oder jegliche
Annahme eines solchen oder Ansprüche bezüglich
Verletzung oder Folgeschäden. Durch die Anwend-
ung, dein Einbau oder die Montage selbst akzeptiert
der Käufer diese Bestimmungen. Wenn Sie als Käufer
diese Garantiebestimmungen nicht akzeptieren
und annehmen wollen, sollten Sie das Produkt in
seiner Originalverpackung unbenutzt Ihrem Verkäufer
zurückgeben.

wird das Produkt bessern nach eigenem Ermessen
oder ersetzen, sollte ein material oder Fabrikations-

HANDLING AND STORAGE

discharge.

BEFORE THE FIRST CHARGE
• Ensurebatteriesarenotdamaged,as
this may cause a short circuit or fire.
CHARGING
• Alwaysrefertoyourcharger’smanualto
ensure safe operation.
• AlwayschargeBatteriesinanopenarea
away from flammable materials, liquids
and surfaces.
• NeverchargeBatteriesthatarehotto
the touch (above 120°F).
SAFETY
If at any time Batteries become damaged,
hot, or begin to balloon or swell, discontinue
charging (or discharging) immediately.
Quickly and safely disconnect the charger.
Then place the Batteries and/or charger
in a safe, open area away from flammable
materials in an approved Li-Po bag to ob-
serve. After one hour, remove the Batteries
from service. DO NOT continue to handle,
attempt to use, or ship the Batteries. Failure
to follow these procedures can cause dam-
age to Batteries, personal property or cause
serious injury.
Damaged or swollen Batteries can be un-
stable and very hot. DO NOT touch Batteries
until they have cooled. Dispose of Batteries
in the manner required by your city, county,
state or country. Contact the appropriate
Horizon Product Support office to speak to a
service technician for more information.
In the event of fire, a Class D, dry chemical
fire extinguisher must be used then batter-
ies must be placed inside of an approved
Li-Po bag.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES AND
WARNINGS

affected area(s) with soap and water
immediately. If it comes into contact with
your eye(s), flush them with generous
amounts of water for 15 minutes and
seek immediate medical attention.

SICHERHEITSRICHTLINIEN
Sollte zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt der Akku
beschädigt werden, anfangen zu zischen oder
zu rauchen beenden Sie sofort den Betrieb, das
Entladen oder Laden.
Trennen Sie den Akku schnell und sicher vom
Ladegerät. Legen Sie zur Beobachtung den
Akku und mit oder ohne Ladegerät an einen
sicheren offenen Ort in einen LiPo Beutel , weit
weg von entflammbaren Materialien. Nach
einer Stunde kann der Akku entfernt werden.
Dieser Akku darf nicht weiter verwendet
werden. Hantieren Sie nicht weiter mit diesem
Akku und versenden Sie ihn nicht. Ein Nich-
tbefolgen dieser Anweisungen kann weitere
Beschädigung am Akku, Feuer oder ernsthafte
Verletzungen zur Folge haben.
Aufgeblähte oder geschwollene Akkus sind
instabil und sehr heiß. Fassen Sie diese Akkus
nicht an bis sie abgekühlt sind. Entsorgen Sie
die Akkus gemäß der Entsorgungsrichtlinien
ihres Landes oder Bundeslandes oder Stadt.
Kontaktieren Sie den technischen Service von
Horizon Hobby für mehr Information.
Nutzen Sie im Brandfall einen Klasse D Pulver
Feuerlöscher oder placieren Sie den Akku in
einem zugelassen LiPo Beutel.

Our 1-year replacement plan requires
proof of purchase (copy of the receipt) and
we do, reserve the right to deny replace-
ment to any abusers of our plan. See be-
