Note: This function relates to the network. If you select Hide ID, dialing may fail. Therefore, make sure that
calls can be normally dialed before you choose Hide ID.
Call waiting
¾ Activate: After you choose Activate, the mobile phone will contact the network. A moment later,
the network will make a response and send a message to acknowledge your operation. If the call
waiting function is activated, the network will alert you and the mobile phone screen will display
the incoming call number if others are calling you while you are already in a conversation.
¾ Deactivate: If you choose Deactivate, the network will not alert you when others are calling you
while you are already in a conversation.
¾ Query status: Query the network to obtain the current call waiting status.
Call divert
this network function enables you to forward incoming calls to another number you have previously
specified. To set this function, choose Call center > General call settings > SIM1/SIM2 call settings >
call divert, and then press the OK key.
¾ Divert all voice calls: Divert all incoming calls to the preset number.
¾ Divert if unreachable: Divert an incoming call to the preset number only when the called party is
unreachable.
¾ Divert if no answer: Divert an incoming call to the preset number only when the called party does
not answer the call within the specified time.
¾ Divert if busy: Divert an incoming call to the preset number only when the called party is busy.
