a specified timeout p er i od. If timeout is greater than zero it i s the timeout period in
milli-seconds, if it is zero there is no time out and if it is negative the packet is returned
immediately having written as many bytes as are currently possible. A negative result
indicates failure with a reason given in the second result, otherwise it i s the number of
bytes actually sent.
Tcp close arg1:sock
This closes the specified socket. A zero result indicates success.
