DemomodecommandstheSirentosoundatlowvolumeforcustomer
demonstrations.
Option6–RemoteControl“pairingmode”
Option6putsanewRemoteControlinto“pairingmode”.Asthecommunications
betweenRemoteControlsandaSirenisbi‐directional,boththepiecesof
equipmentneedtoenterlearnmodeforpairing.
Option7–Siren“pairingmode”
Option7putstheSireninto“pairingmode”sothatSensorsorRemoteControls
canbepaired.TheSirenwillremainin“pairingmode”untileither:
1. aSensor/RemoteControlsignalisreceivedor
2. 1minuteexpires.
ForSirensthathavenopairedRemoteControls,option7canbeenabledby
touchingtheSiren’swhitewireto:
1. anexposedmetalsurfaceconnectedthechassisofthevehiclegroundor
2. thenegativeterminalofthevehiclebattery.
Option9–Shocksensormode
Option9commandstheSirentoignoreorrespondtothein‐builtshocksensor.
Whilethissettingisenabled,theSirenwillsoundiftheavibrationisdetectedin
thevehicle.Thesensorbecomesactive30secondsaftertheAlarmisarmed.
Option11–Millivoltsensormode
TheMillivoltSensormonitorsthevoltageofthevehiclebattery30secondsafter
theAlarmisarmed.Switchingonanydeviceconnectedtothevehiclewillcause
thesmallestrippleinbatteryvoltage.Themillivoltsensorwilldetecttheripple
andtriggertheAlarm.Whenmillivoltsensingisunnecessary,itcanbedisabled
usingoption11.
