Memory media slot This slot lets you insert an SD™/SDHC™/
SDXC™ memory card, miniSD™/microSD™
Card and MultiMediaCard™. Refer to the
Memory media section for more information.
Keep foreign metal objects, such as screws, staples, and paper clips, out of
the Memory media slot. Foreign metal objects can create a short circuit,
which can cause damage and fire, possibly resulting in serious injury.
Universal Serial Bus
(USB 3.0 or 3.2 Gen1)
port
One or two Universal Serial Bus ports, which
comply to the USB 3.0 or 3.2 Gen1 standard, are
provided on the right side of the computer.
The USB 3.2 port is compliant with USB 3.2
Gen1 standard and backward compatible with
USB 3.0 devices.
The port with the icon ( ) has Power Off/Sleep
and Charge function.
USB Type-C™ (USB
3.1 Gen1) port
One USB Type-C™ port, which complies to the
USB 3.1 Gen1 standard, is provided on the right
side of the computer.
This USB Type-C™ port supports USB 3.1 Gen1
(DC5V, 2A) with theoretical maximum
transmission rate at 5Gbps. This port supports
USB data transmission, Video output (audio
stream can be included) and USB Power
Delivery.
Some models are equipped with a USB Type-
C™ (USB 3.1 Gen1) port.
Thunderbolt™ 4/USB
Type-C™ port
One Thunderbolt™ 4/USB Type-C™ port, which
supports Thunderbolt™ 4 and USB 3.2 Gen2, is
provided on the right side of the computer.
This port supports USB data transmission, Video
output (audio stream can be included) and USB
Power Delivery.
Some models are equipped with a Thunderbolt™
4/USB Type-C™ port.
Note that it is not possible to confirm the operation of all functions of
all USB devices that are available. Some functions associated with a
specific device might not operate properly.
