Section 6 - Send back for repair?
a. What are the steps that we want people to go through
before they send back a unit for repair?
a. Power down and reboot.
b. Put in new cartridge.
c. Try alternative media.
i. Type of problems that printers should be automatically sent back.
1. No power
2. Tray does not move back and forth when power supply is
connected to unit.
3. Tray moves back to begin print job however the disc does
not spin.
ii. How do we get them a new unit?
1. End user must call DYMO Technical Support and speak to a
representative. If the rep determines that the unit is
defective then an RMA# will be issued to the end user.
