Question
Why do my punch marks not emboss correctly onto the tape, when
using the Organizer Express?
Answer
There may be some tape stuck in the emboss wheel.
• If so, try to clean it out and try embossing again. You can use tweezers
or small paper clip to assist with clearing the jam.
• Also, a label tab to the arrow mark has to be created (by clicking space
2X) each time a new label is embossed to ensure the embosser will work
correctly and not jam.
Furthermore, ensure the bottom embosser wheel is centered with the top
cutter wheel. Please see below images:
INCORRECT
Lower wheel misaligned - see blue
line on smaller block located on the
lower wheel.
CORRECT
Lower wheel is GOOD - see blue
line in the center of the large block
located on the lower wheel.
