Baud rate:

Select the value for the data communication rate in Bit/s.

Data bits:

The number of data bits per character cannot be changed.

Stop bits:

Select the number of stop bits per character.

Parity check:

Select the type of parity check.

Interface mode:

Select the desired protocol for the serial interface.

Half-duplex mode:

Choose the setting appropriate for your application.

Network settings

The settings on this page are used to integrate the unit into an existing network.

Note

Although the modified network settings are copied to the 7700 Series unit when the Set button is clicked,

they become effective only after the unit has been restarted. To restart the unit, click the “Reboot”

link indicated in the above image.

Unit IP address:

Enter the desired IP address for the 7700 Series unit in this field. The IP address must be recognized by the

network.

Subnet mask:

Enter the corresponding subnet mask here if the unit is to communicate via a subnet.
