A.7 Conformity Declarations
VENICE 2U and VENICE Element have been tested according to the
applying national and international directives and regulations. The fol-
lowing states further information about the compliances and conformi-
ties.
A.7.1 RoHS Compliance
The EU directive 2002/95/EC ’Restriction of Hazardous Substances
(RoHS)’ prohibits the use of certain substances in electrical and elec-
tronic equipment. The VENICE devices are manufactured in compli-
ance with this directive.
A.7.2 EC Declaration of Conformity (CE Marking)
Rohde & Schwarz DVS GmbH herewith declares that the following
