This specifies the folder to save
thumbnail files. The thumbnails are
separated automatically into folders on
a project basis.

This specifies the folder to save VTR
video capture sequences. The
captured sequences are separated
automatically into folders on a project
basis.

This specifies the folder to save VTR
audio capture sequences. The
captured audio sequences are
separated automatically into folders on
a project basis.

For performance reasons, it is recommended to keep :
· Captured audio and video on separate drive volumes
· Thumbnails on a separate volume to caches and captured video
Thread Settings
The thread settings control the degree of parallelism used when rendering sequences
and hence the overall rendering performance.
These are set via the GUI or by editing the general.prefs file.
