TOOLSYNC TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Problem Possible Cause Possible Solution
Tool will not start when Switch in wrong position Switch must be in II or auto-start position
plugged into vacuum
Vacuum will not start Tool draws too little current Make contract with work surface to draw more current
when the tool starts Tool draws too much current Use a remote start module

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Problem Possible Cause Possible Solution
Cleaner won’t run Not firmly plugged in Plug in unit firmly
N
o voltage in wall plug Check fuse or breaker
Blown fuse/tripped breaker Replace fuse/reset breaker
Loss of suction Obstruction in hose in place Clean obstruction
Coated primary filter Clean Filter with cleaning agitator rod
Coated secondary filter Remove primary filter and replace/launder both filters
Hole/split in hose Inspect and replace hose
Tank is full Empty tank of waste
Unit tipped over Put unit in upright position
Micro Prefilter is full Dispose of filter and debris.
Using Agitator Rod Too much debris around the primary filter Empty debris from intermediate cover and tank
does not clean filters Both filters plugged Replace or launder both filters.
(Non-HEPA vacuum)
Filters get wet Drain cap not sealed Tighten drain cap
O-ring on drain cap not in place Replace o-ring
Debris not emptied from tank before use Empty tank and intermediate cover of waste
