7.2 Removing transport securing devices
All transport securing devices must be removed prior to setup.
1. Remove the lashing straps and wooden blocks from the upper
machine section, table and frame.
2. Remove the support wedges between the machine arm and
needle plate.
(1) - Machine upper section
(2) - Table plate
(3) - Drawer
(4) - Frame
(5) - Setpoint transducer
(6) - Foot switch
(7) - Pedal
(8) - Compressed air regulator unit
(9) - Oil pan
(10) - DAC control unit
(11) - Lighting transformer
(12) - Thread reel holder
