7.4 Assembling components on underside
of table plate
Table plate is optional.
If you wish to build your own table plate, the drawing can be found
in the Appendix,  Drawings for creating table plate, p. 95.

1. Turn the table plate over so the underside is facing up.
2. Fasten the components as shown in the image. The position
of each component is to scale on the drawing,  Component
layout on underside of table plate, p. 97.
3. Fasten the power cable mounting clamp (8) screws.
4. Nail down the cable clips (9).
5. Predrill the holes in the plate for mounting the frame (6) accord-
ing to the drawing,  Component layout on underside of table
plate, p. 97.
(1) – Hinge connecting rod
(2) – Sewing lamp transformer
(3) – Setpoint device
(4) – Oil pan
(5) – Drawer
(6) – Frame mounting holes
(7) – Cable duct
(8) – Screw-mounted power cable
mounting clamp
(9) – Nailed clips
(10) – DAC control unit
