Cleaning steps:
1. Shut off power by turning off power switch.
2. Unscrew needle plate.
3. Remove any lint and thread remnants using a compressed-air
pistol or a brush.
6.2 Checking oil level
Damage to paintwork may occur when using solvent-
based cleaners.
Solvent-based cleaners will damage paintwork on the
machine.
Only use solvent-free substances when cleaning the machine.
ATTENTIO
Skin damage due to contact with oil.
Oil can cause a rash if it comes into contact with
skin.
Avoid any skin contact with the oil.
If oil gets on your skin, wash the affected areas
thoroughly.
WARNING
Machine damage possible due to incorrect oil level.
Too little or too much oil can result in damages to the
machine.
Check the oil level on a daily basis, adding enough oil so oil
level is always between the minimum and maximum marks.
