5.12.4 Quickly switching presser foot stroke with foot
switch
If the machine is equipped with an optional foot switch, it can be
used to quickly switch presser foot stroke between two preset
levels without having to stop sewing.

Activating increased presser foot stroke
• Press foot switch (1) back with heel.
 Increased stroke remains engaged as long as the foot switch
is depressed.
Deactivating increased presser foot stroke
• Release foot switch (1).
