The sewing unit is equipped with a central oil-wick lubrication system. The
bearings are supplied from the oil reservoir (1).

Correct setting
The oil level must always be between the minimum level marking (4) and
the maximum level marking (3).
Checking the oil level
1. Switch off the sewing machine at the main switch.
2. Check the quantity of oil in the reservoir (1).
3. Pour in oil through the refill opening (2) as required.
4. Switch on the sewing machine at the main switch.
