Testing the sewing motor
Call up the
motor test
1. In the menu item Extras > Service > Multitest tap the Test
sewing
motor option.
The sewing motor test screen is displayed:

Important: Remove the thread from the needle and needle lever before
starting the test.

2. Tap the button.
The window for entering the sewing speed opens.
3. Enter the desired value (300 - 2000 rpm).
4. Tap the button.
The window for entering the cutting speed opens.
5. Enter the desired value (70 - 500 rpm).
6. Tap the button.
The sewing motor runs at the entered sewing speed.
7. Tap the button.
The sewing motor stops.
8. Tap the button.
The sewing motor runs at the entered sewing speed.
9. Tap the button.
The sewing motor stops and the thread cutter is actuated.
Risk of injury from sharp or moving parts.
Do not reach into the machine during the function test of the
sewing motor.
