5.3 Switching on the Quick Stop
The Quick-stop switch (1) can be used to immediately stop all working
steps on the machine, e.g. after an operating mistake.

Stopping working steps via Quick-stop
1. Press the Quick-stop switch (1).
All working steps on the machine are immediately stopped.
Remove power from the sewing unit
1. Turn the main switch (2) to the left into the “0” position.
All drives and the controller are immediately disconnected from the
mains grid.
Risk of injury from sharp or moving parts.
After a Quick-stop power is still present in the sewing unit and
the clamps can move.
You must therefore always switch the machine off at the main
switch (2) before performing any maintenance or cleaning
work.
