• Check the connection of
the encoder cable and
replace, if necessary
1001 Error Sewing motor error:
• Sewing motor plug not
connected
or defective
• Check the connection of
the sewing motor cable
• Test sewing motor phases
(R
= 2.8Ω, high impedance
to PE)
• Replace the encoder
• Replace the sewing motor
• Replace the control
1002 Error Sewing motor insulation error • Check motor phase and
PE
for low-impedance
connection
• Replace the encoder
• Replace the sewing motor
1004 Error Sewing motor error:
• Incorrect direction of
rotation
• Replace the encoder
• Check plug assignment and
change, if necessary
• Check wiring in machine
distributor and change it, if
necessary
• Test motor phases and
check for correct value
1005 Error Sewing motor current error:
• Sewing motor blocked
• Encoder cable not
connected
or defective
• Encoder defective
• Remove the blockage
• Check the encoder cable
and replace, if necessary
• Replace the sewing motor
