3. Switch on the machine.
4. Fill the bobbin at medium speed.
5. Switch off the machine.
6. Thread the needle and hook threads ( p. 22 and  p. 26).
7. Switch on the machine.
8. Position the sewing material.
9. Perform a test run, first at low speed and then at continually
increasing speeds.
10. Check that the seams conform to the desired requirements.
11. If the requirements are not satisfied:
Alter the thread tension ( p. 23 and  p. 28).
If necessary, also check the settings listed in the
 Service Instructions and correct them as required.
