5.2 Controller operating modes
The controller offers 4 different operating modes:
• MAN
Manual mode allows you to sew without a sewing program,
which is a useful op
tion for performing tests and repairs.
Any changes made to parameters are applied immediately
durin
g the sewing process.
• AUT
O
Automatic mode allows you to execute sewing programs.
The seams are divided into individual sewing steps within the
se
wing programs. Each step is assigned its own individual
sewing parameters such as fullness etc.
• EDIT
You can use Edit mode to create (PROGRAMMING), modi
fy,
delete, copy (EDIT) and optimize (LENGTH CORRECTION)
sewing programs.
• SER
VICE
Service mode contains functions fo
r use during service work.
Service mode is password-protecte
d to avoid accidentally
changing the machine settings.
