3. Screw all plugs to the connections.
7.7.2 Establishing equipotential bonding
Important
Before putting the machine into operation, you must establish
e
quipotential bonding in all necessary places.
To establish equipotential bonding:
1. Establish equipotential bonding as specified in the wiring
diag
ram (App
endix, p. 137).
7.8 Pneumatic connection
The pneumatic system of the machine and of the additional equip-
ment must be supplied with dry and oil-free compressed air.
The supply pressure must lie between 8 and 10 bar.
NOTICE
Property damage from oily compressed air!
Oil particles in the compressed air can cause malfunctions of
the machine and soil the sewing material.
Ensure that no oil particles enter the compressed air supply.
NOTICE
Property damage from incorrect system pressure!
Incorrect system pressure can res
ult in damage to the
machine.
Ensure that the machine is only used when the system
pressure is set
correctly.
