Setting or altering the thread tension values
–
Switch on the machine.
–
Display the main menu.
–
Select the menu item “Thread tension” using the p and q keys
and confirm by pressing “OK”.

Explanation
Seam [%] : value (e.g. 35) Changes the forward/backward seam
Bartack [%] : value (e.g. 20) Changes the upper/lower bartack
Seam (fwd.) [%] : value (e.g. 35) Different values for forward seam (leading)
Upper bartack [%] : value (e.g. 20) Different values for upper bartack
Seam (bw.) [%] : value (e.g. 35) Different values for backward seam (trailing)
Lower bartack [%] : value (e.g. 20) Different values for lower bartack
