8.2.11 Malfunction and Error Messages in the DA40MS Controls and
the OC-TOP Control Panel
At intervals the controls check their own operativeness and that of the drive.
Malfunctions are indicated by the LED H1 in the controls or in the display of the control
panel, e.g.

Load current > 4A.
64 Mains voltage too low (90 - 150V) ERROR 64 LED H1 blinks
65 The power electronics are not operational after ERROR 65 LED H1 blinks
mains ON. (Mains voltage < 130V)
66 Ground contact. Motor or motor lead have a ground ERROR 66 LED H1 blinks
contact in one or more phases.
67 Internal malfunction ERROR 67 LED H1 blinks
68 a) Excess current, short curcuit in the motor or ERROR 68 LED H1 blinks
in the motor lead
b) Overvoltage, mains voltage too high (>300V).
c) Undervoltage
70 Machine blocked, no increment impulses ERROR 70 LED H1 blinks
come from the synchronizer at maximum
motor torque.
71 The lead of the commutation initiator is not ERROR 71 LED H1 blinks
plugged in.
73 The motor is overloaded. ERROR 73 LED H1 blinks
75 Internal malfunction ERROR 75 LED H1 blinks
