C heck and adjustthe top feed onlywiththe sew ing unitsw itched off.

The spring tensioncanbesetindividuallyoronafixed value.

C orrection w ith a fixed value

Loosen counternut2.

–

Turn screw 1 insuchawaythatthere isadistance of4 m m

betw een the low eredge ofthe screw head and the counternut.

–

Tighten counternut2.

Individualcorrection

–

R em ove pressure spring 3.

–

M easure the spring tension w ithaspring balance.

–

Loosen counternut2.

–

Turn screw 1 correspondingly.

–

Tighten counternut2.

–

M ountpressure spring 3 again.
