2.3.1Hind needleprotection

Switch the m ainswitch off.

C heck and adjustthe needleprotection onlywiththe sew ing unit

sw itched off.

Standard and checking

W hen the tipofthe lefthook 3 isatthe levelofthe m iddleofthe

needle,the hind needleprotection 1 should abuton the needle.

Turn handw heelindire c tion ofrotation untilthe hook tipisatthe

levelofthe m iddleofthe needle.

–

C heck w hetherthe needleprotection abutsonthe needle.

levelofthe m iddleofthe needle.

Loosen screw 2.

Shiftthe needleprotection1insuchawaythatitabutsonthe

needle.

Tighten screw 2.
