11.7 Printing is not Aligned Correctly.
11.7.1 POSSIBLE CAUSE: Adjustable label guides are not securing supply properly.
Solution: Move guides toward each other to secure supply.
11.8 Printing is Streaked.
11.8.1 POSSIBLE CAUSE: Ribbon was installed with
too much slack or was not centered, creating
a crease in the ribbon.
Solution: Remove ribbon from rewind spindle
and remove spindle. Load empty
tube onto rewind spindle and place
it back onto printer.
11.8.2 POSSIBLE CAUSE: Printer requires service.
Solution: Contact Graphic Products.
11.9 LED Blinks Amber and Red.
11.9.1 POSSIBLE CAUSE: Unrecognized supply error occurred.
Solution: Turn printer off, wait 5 seconds, then turn printer back on.
Print several labels. If error persists, contact Tech Support at
1-800-788-5572.
11.9.2 POSSIBLE CAUSE: Specialty supply may be loaded improperly or may be
missing the clear media cartridge.
Solution: Contact Graphic Products.
11.10 Printer Cuts Labels Off-Center or into Next Label.
11.10.1 POSSIBLE CAUSE: The print driver is set to print continuous feed supply,
while the printer is loaded with “labels with gaps” supply.
Solution: A. Open the Devices and Printers folder.
B. Right-click on Graphic Products DuraLabel PRO/PRO 300.
C. Select Printing Preferences.
D. Select the Stock tab.
E. Under Media Settings, change Type to Labels with Gaps.
F. Click Apply, then OK.
Improperly installed ribbon can cause
labels to streak.
