4. Lift slightly up and pull the cutter mechanism away from the printer body.
5. Open a cleaning swab by placing swab between your forefi nger and thumb.
Squeeze swab until it snaps. Alcohol will be distributed to cotton side of the swab.
6. Run the swab back and forth several times across all sides of the blades in the
cutting mechanism to remove any buildup of labeling adhesive.
7. Apply the cutter mechanism to the front of the printer and tighten the recessed
screws back on to the front of the cutter mechanism.
