USE:

TI-DRAIN from DURAL is a preassembled oor drainage system which delivers precise point drai-

nage of surface water right where you need it. The system can be installed wherever standard-

compliant drainage is required for ooring surfaces which are subject to high levels of moisture

or humidity.

TI-DRAIN is commonly used in indoor areas, such as bathrooms and shower rooms, public toi-

lets and changing rooms, washrooms, production areas and basement rooms, workshops and

storerooms and storage areas. If the TI-DRAIN is installed outdoors, the volume of drainage water

anticipated from the building must not exceed the drainage capicity of the TI-DRAIN, any undrai-

ned water could risk damaging the drain casing due to freezing.

MODULAR SYSTEM COMPONENTS:

The TI-DRAIN oor drain system consists of three modules: Module 1 = Grates, Module 2 = Sealing

Components and Module 3 = Outlet Drains. Choose one component from each module to create

the ideal drain for your project.

Module 1 contains the grate collection comprising the grate cover variants, stainless steel drain

units with height-adjustable plastic holder and plastic threaded adapters.

With Module 2, you can choose between the seals WP (foil seal) or mesh (glass bre material).

The WP can be combined with our DURABASE WP waterproong membrane or a spreadable

sealant. The mesh seal can only be used with a spreadable sealant. With either method, this

results in a waterproof layer bonded to the seal with an in built connector collar.

Module 3 contains the outlet drains (4 horizontal drains and 1 vertical drain), as well as the anti-

odour system and red protective covers.

All elements are available individually or as a complete system.

TI-DRAIN 2/2 Floor Drain with System Seal HANDLING: Prior to installation, first connect the outlet drain from Module 3 to the sealing component from Module 2. The outlet drain and seal are securely connected when they‘re tightly fasten against each. For installation near a wall, the overlapping WP film or glass-fibre fabric can be folded and applied to the vertical surface.
