` All Heat Surge warranty claims will be issued a warranty
claim number beginning with HSW and have been
referred to you based on customer’s zip code
` The customer will bring in their unit and you will make a
determination about what parts are needed for the
repair
` You must then complete and submit a warranty claim
form (next slide) to Heat Surge with all pertinent
information relative to the repair.
