Periodic service and maintenance of the broiler is not
required beyond the user’s daily and weekly cleaning
schedule dened in Sections C-1 to C-4. Qualied
service personnel must perform service or repair
should the broiler develop a fault other than cleaning
maintenance.
Qualied service personnel are individuals, rms,
companies, or corporations who are knowledgeable
in and responsible for compliance with jurisdiction
authorities concerning service of commercial food
preparation equipment. Contact the Duke Manufacturing

assistance with selecting qualied service personnel.
WARNINGS to qualied service personnel:
: Disconnect the power supply
to the appliance before servicing.
: Units provided with casters have
a restraint to limit the movement that must
be reconnected after servicing and installed
in the original position.

Proper clearances must be
maintained during servicing and when installed
in the original position.
