C-1. Four (4) Hour Cleaning
All components that are in contact with food product
must be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
Loader and Carriage: Remove loader
from carriage and sanitize food contact
areas.
Caution: Hot surface near door!
Wear insulated gloves.
Discharge Chute: With discharge
hood removed, sanitize outside chute
surface.
