Clean the machine as follows:
1. Shut down the machine by shutting down the operating terminal and
then switching off the main power switch, Section 5.9 Switching off
the machine.
2. Do not close the compressed air shut-off valve because compressed
air for cleaning will then no longer be available.
3. Use the compressed air pistol to blow off the areas listed below to the
front or sideways - DO NOT blow under the protective covers.
4. Clean the oil pan with a cloth.
5.11.2 Lubricating
The 806N has two oil reservoirs, see figure below. Oil reservoir 1 located
in the arm supplies oil to the sewing machine head. Oil flows from oil res-
ervoir 2 to the hook oil reservoir via a wick connection.
Oil exceeding the MAX mark in oil reservoir 2 is fed back into the upper oil
reservoir 1 by a pump.

Material damage due to incorrect cleaning.
If the throat plate is not lifted carefully the equipotential bonding con-
nected to the plate can be damaged or ripped off.
ALWAYS lift the throat plate carefully.
Pay attention to the equipotential bonding when lifting.

• Bobbin area
• Hook and surrounding area
• Thread cutter
