1. Place the basic part onto the sewing material support (4) and align it.
2. Press Manual button 1 (5).
The air suction is switched on, which fixes the basic part into place.
The middle slide (3) advances.
3. Place the pocket blank onto the middle slide (3) and align it.

Press Manual button 2 (7).
The middle slide (3) is lowered.
Align the material according to the sample.
Press Manual button 2 (7).
The middle slide (3) is raised.
4. Press Manual button 1 (5).
The edge folding process starts; the material being sewn is then fed
to the sewing unit, sewn, and deposited on the stacker using the out-
feed roller.
If the transfer of the material to the sewing unit expires, then a new sewing
cycle can commence.
A light signaling the machine's renewed readiness for use is not available.
If the machine is not yet ready, then nothing will happen when manual
switch 1 (5) is pressed.
Risk of crushing due to pneumatic parts.
The use of compressed air produces strong forces
on the moving parts. If your fingers or hands get in
between the parts, this could result in minor to mod-
erate injuries.
