This is how you sew using the default settings:

Menu 1 is displayed on the touchscreen and the Start button lights up
green, which means the machine is ready for operation. The middle
slide (3) is at the rear.
Risk of being cut by sharp edges.
Injuries to any part of the body may occur if you
come into contact with the middle slide or other
sharp-edged objects.
 DO NOT reach into the middle slide's range of
motion.
 DO NOT reach into the area of sharp-edged
parts.
