2 Performance description
The Dürkopp Adler 806N is a CNC-controlled sewing unit for automatically
sewing pockets onto shirts, blouses, and similar material.
It is a flatbed sewing machine for a double lockstitch.
The material to be sewn is constantly moved by means of bottom feed.
2.1 Features
Stepper motors for short running times and exact needle guidance,
which means particularly high pocket quality
DAC III controller (Dürkopp Adler Control)
In-house software for operating the system
Software symbols adopted from the previous control system, which
means easy handling and fast familiarization
Additional equipment offers many variations, Section 2.4 Additional
equipment
Air suction device (vacuum) in the ergonomically inclined (10 degrees)
sewing material support, for fastening the material to be sewn
Constant feed of material to be sewn during the sewing process
Up to 4,000 stitches/min. with 2.5 mm stitch length
2,500 pockets in 8 hours (standard shirt pockets)
