1.10 Displays and error messages
If an error or a warning occurs, a respective message is displayed at
the key bar.
The various errors are displayed in the form of 5-digit codes. The “Err”
display is blinking to clearly indicate that an error occurred.
1.10.1 Error messages
Group Number Description
0 Thread breakage
1 Needle thread
2 Bobbin thread
1 Thread monitor error
1 Bobbin thread is used up.
Re-wind bobbin
2 Needle thread is broken
Re-thread needle thread
5 Step motor error
1 Z axis referencing error.
The Z motor did not reach its reference point
within 20 seconds.
2 Y axis referencing error.
The Y motor did not reach its reference point
within 20 seconds.
3 YZ referencing error.
The Y motor and/or the Z motor did not reach
its/their reference point within 20 seconds.
4 X axis referencing error.
The X motor did not reach its reference
position (gauge pin) within 20 seconds upon
setting of a position (301, 302) or upon testing
of the step motor axes (2059).
8 XY axes system positioning error.
The XY system did not reach its target position
within 5 seconds upon positioning.
16 Z axis positioning error.
The Z axis did not reach its target position
within 5 seconds upon positioning.
24 Positioning error.
The XYZ system did not reach its target
position within 5 seconds upon positioning.
50 Step motor high-level error.
Step motor high-levels indicate a hardware
error.
