6.3 Opening the needle thread tensioner

Electromagnetically

The main tensioner 2 will be opened electromagnetically:

During thread trimming via solenoid 1.

Mechanically

The main tensioner 2 will be opened mechanically:

Through an eccentric on the arm shaft, each time the thread lever

reaches a point 2 mm after the upper dead center (UDC).
