5.8 Lifting and locking the sewing feet
The sewing feet can be raised mechanically or pneumatically.
Mechanical operation
–
Swivel lever 2 downwards.
Pneumatic operation
–
Push pedal 3 half-way back (first position back).
Once raised mechanically or pneumatically, the sewing feet can be
secured in raised position using lever 2.
–
Swivel lever 2 downwards.
The sewing feet are secured in the r aised position.
–
Swivel lever 2 downwards.
The sewing feet are released.
