4.4 Terminal Test - Soft Key F4

If, when the machine is tur ned on, the soft key F4 is held pressed, the

terminal test is activated. The terminal test is an internal component

test for the control panel. The following components are thereby

checked sequentially:

RAM

EPROM

Storage Medium (USB flash drive or RAM card)

MF2 keypad

Keyboard

Interface - 0

Screen (text and graphics)

Interface - 1

NOTE:

The exiting of the terminal test is only possible by tur ning off the

machine.

4.5 Contrast Setting - Soft Key F5

If, when the machine is tur ned on, the soft key F4 is held pressed, the

contrast setting for the control panel is activated. A test screen with

all colour gradations is displayed. With the Cursor Up and Cursor

Down keys, the contrast can now be set as desired optically. For

checking, the current setting value is shown in the screen. When a

desired setting is found, this must be saved with the ESC key. The

control panel then goes over to normal operation. To check the s aved

setting the machine is now to be turned off and on again.

Contrast setting:

/ Contrast can be altered in the range from 0 - 255

. (Works setting 128)

Set numeric value is saved.

Exiting the contrast setting and transfer to

normal operation.

NOTE:

The machine is to be tur ned off and on again after a contrast

adjustment.
