16. TROUBLESHOOTING
• When paper does not jam even though "Paper Jam" is shown in the control panel of
DBM-120T
• When paper is ejected without being trimmed even though "Trimming" is ON
Decrease the processing speed of the collator in such cases.
This can be improved by setting a slow collator speed. (Refer to "Setting speed" on
page 25.)
When "Bridge paper jam" is displayed in the use of two towers, even though no paper is
jammed in the Bridge.
Misfeed has occurred at tower B if paper is ejected to the paper receiving table of tower A. If paper is
ejected to the downstream unit, misfeed has occurred at tower A.
Fan the paper sheets well at the tower with the problem. Also re-adjust the paper feed pressure and
separating pressure.
