4-2.1 Using TELNET protocol with LAN(TCP/IP)

The MX-800 router can be controlled from remote locations through the LAN port using WINDOWS XP

DOS prompts, hyper-terminal, or TELNET program (the control code is fully compliant with RS-232C).

Enter TELNET <Router IP

Address> in the DOS prompt
