How to solve the charging abnormality:
● Please confirm whether your watch has the wireless charging fu
nction before use;
● Check whether the watch deviates from the wireless induction
charging area of the charger.
● Whether the charging watch uses a non-metallic protective shell,
and the thickness of the protective shell is recommended not to ex
ceed 4 mm.
When a metal object contact the charging area,the charger will
automatically identify and protect the power off.
● When the temperature of charger is too high, it will automatically
start the protection, unplug the power first, and then use it after the
temperature is restored.

Q:Why does the wireless charging have heating phenomenon?
●A: In the charging process, there will be a certain loss of magneto
electric conversion. this part of the loss will be converted into heat,
causing the watch and the charger to generate heat, which is a nor
mal phenomenon.
