Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
The oven does not warm
up.
The plug has not been
inserted correctly and/or the
fuse has been triggered.
First check whether the mains
plug has been inserted properly
and then, if necessary, check
the corresponding fuse for this
connection.
The oven does not cool off. An “automatic function” or
timer has not ended properly
and as a result, the device has
not been shut off.
This may concern a malfunction
of the device. Disconnect the
mainsplugandrstallowthe
unit to cool off.
If necessary, start the device
again and check whether the
error occurs again. If this is the
case, please immediately contact
customer service.
An unusual odour is emit-
ted from the oven and/or
smoke is emitted.

Allow the unit to continue to
heat for another 10–15 minutes
and monitor the development.
NOTE: Do not place any food in
the oven yet.
