Accessories
The baking sheet included is suitable for all kinds of food. You may also use standard baking pans
suchasaround,squareorrectangularcasseroledish,cakepanandmufnpan(6-holes).Please
note that the casserole pans must be made of heat-resistant material (230 °C) such as glass,
ceramic or aluminium.
Baking pans or casserole forms made of dark or matt material absorb heat faster, the food to be
prepared will be baked and/or be fried faster and the crust will brown more readily than in shiny
baking pans. If you use your own baking or casserole pans, we ask that you ensure they are heat
resistant before you use them. Do not use any roast bags as they could come into contact with
the heating elements.
Leave at least 2–4 cm space between the top of the cooking container and the overhead heating
element.
Do not use any lids made of glass or metal to cover the food to be cooked. If you
would like to cover the food to be cooked, please use a heat-resistant baking foil or
thick aluminium foil. Please prevent the baking foil or aluminium foil from coming into
 contactwiththeoverheadheatingelements–otherwiseariskofreexists!
